Pay-Per-Click Payment Procedures

PPC ads are presumed as “paused” accounts. If any fees are not prepaid prior to the monthly start, all campaigns dependent on that client financial information will be placed into the “paused” status. All PPC fees are pre-paid monthly, based on a 4-month initial spend and management fee charge, and monthly thereafter. Once payments have been made or confirmed, campaigns are moved from “paused” to “active” status. These fees can be paid online via a corporate credit card, or prepaid based on an estimated 4-month prepaid invoice and prepaid monthly thereafter as a recurring bill. If not online, we will reconcile on a quarterly basis and invoice any outstanding balances with reconciliations. It may take up to 2 business days to move an account from “paused” to “active”.

Account and Campaign Activation, Reactivation

Campaigns will be placed on “paused” until such payments are remitted. Upon receipt, we will convert “paused” to active” any campaigns on-hold due to payment activity. Changes to the PPC account may take up to 2 business days to re-activate. Studio will be held harmless for any delays in re-activating accounts, including those that have insufficient funds to remain open.
